The above quote about life is one of the important Islamic sayings about life simply describe the central idea of life. Life is certainly the blessing of Almighty Allah Who has created everything for some purpose. In a nutshell the purpose of human being is to love Allah, His Prophet (PBUH) and be piety with His creation. Allah loves those who serve and sacrifice for the humanity without any greed. Actually this is an act which provides us satisfaction and real happiness. To keep others happy is not a tough task; it is simply to follow basic teachings of Islam. As Hazrat Umar(R.A) told us some key tactics of having successful life, he gave us beautiful Muslim sayings about life,
"I looked at all friends, and did not find a better friend than safeguarding the tongue. I thought about all dresses, but did not find a better dress than piety. I thought about all types of wealth, but did not find a better wealth than contentment in little. I thought of all types of good deeds, but did not find a better deed than offering good advice. I looked at all types of sustenance, but did not find a better sustenance than patience."
Islam is a beautiful religion of brotherhood and devotion. We should have patience and tolerance; we should be merciful on others and should have great Spirit of forgiveness. We should be like a flower which leaves its fragrance on the hand of Even that person who crushes it. We should not have unnecessary ego as a tree full of fruits always remains lean. I would like to end it all by an Islamic saying about life of Hazrat Ali`s (R.A), he said,
“Lead such a life, that, when you die, the people may mourn you, and while you are alive they long for your company.”
Another one of the very important sayings about life is that,
“Life is a gift of God; we should spend it by His ways.”
